Swap Card 2 of 2

This sweet and simple card uses some of the glitter washi tape that is available as part of Stampin' Up's Sale-A-Bration.  You can earn this tape (along with the silver and gold) for free when you spend $50 or more during the Sale-A-Bration period.  


All of the blue toned flowers in my paper have also been given a quick coat with my Wink of Stella - just to add a bit more sparkle!
