I know most have been FREEZING lately, but we've actually had some pretty mild weather the last few days here. I even have a few flower bulbs trying to poke their noses out through the dirt (which means they will soon freeze, and I will have another spring with no flowers!).
Today I'm going "beachy" with the Wee Stamps "Shelly" stamp. I've colored her with Distress Markers, then added some liquid pearls to the image.
The pretty shimmery ribbon is Celebrate It (the Michael's brand), and the bubbles are Dress It Up buttons.
