Appreciate the Light | Sweet Sentiment May Coloring Class

Hello!

I'm a little slow this month to share the May Stamp Set from Sweet Sentiment.  I finally seem to be kicking the mental and emotional exhaustion that this self-isolation/pandemic response brought on.  The last few days, I actually feel like I'm getting some things accomplished, which makes me feel a lot better about everything.

The May Class kit for Sweet Sentiment, features the exclusive stamp set "He Couldn't Breathe Underwater".  Jammie likes snark, so the sentiments are oh so fun, and there are two image stamps, featuring the anglerfish, and mermaid.  I'm having a moment with my Prismacolor Pencils, so I chose to be rebellious, yet again, and color my images with pencil.

I stamped the images in Whip Cream Ink, onto Hero Arts Pitch Black card stock.  I'm loving this black card stock - it is a great weight, and is truly black.  I colored in the images - focusing on the light reflection.

Once the images were colored in, I stamped the sentiment in Versamark Ink, and heat embossed it with white embossing powder.  I added a little Nuvo Shimmer to the glowing lure on both images.  Then I added foam tape to the back of the panel, and mounted it onto a white card base.

This was a fun image to color, and unique.  If you are interested in getting the May, or a previous month's, class kit, click here.  If you want to see what other stamp sets Jammie has available - without the class - click here.

Have a fantastic weekend!  Thanks for stopping by!
