Sweet 'n' Chic Congratulations

As soon as I saw the Occasions catalog, I knew the Falling in Love papers would be a favorite.  I love the soft pastel tones and the fuzzy images.  They're perfect for some slightly sweet and chic style cards.








For this card, I cut my Sahara Sand background, then stamped on my lace borders from the Sale-A-Bration stamp set "Delicate Details" (#143314), which you can get for free with an order of $50 or more.  I added a die cut circle, and trimmed the edge off to line up the card background.  I stamped my sentiment on a strip of Blushing Bride and heat embossed it. I punched the end with the  Triple Banner Punch.  A few vellum punched flowers, with pearl centers, finished off the card front, which I adhered to a Whisper White card base.
