Poinsettia Sparkles

Before I begin with today's project share, I wanted to say a HUGE Thanks to all of those who left me such lovely comments on the Hot Air Balloon in my previous post - both here on my blog, and on social media.  It means so much to hear such wonderful feedback, and I wanted to let you know that I did hear the many requests for a more in depth tutorial.  I am currently working on putting together a kit - with a step by step video tutorial - and will hopefully have it completed soon.

Again, thank you for your kind words.  It means so much to know that people enjoy, and are inspired, by the things I create.

Today's card is super simple and easy, and yet the sparkle added to it makes for a very elegant card.

I stamped a with the poinsettia from the Reason for the Season set, with Versamark, onto Real Red and Emerald Envy card stock.  Then, I sprinkled both with their coordinating glitter embossing powder.  Once heat set, I fussy cut the images, and heat embossed the sentiment in gold onto a piece of Crumb Cake card stock.

I stamped a piece of Whisper White card stock with the same poinsettia, and then used my Tombow to add dabs of glue to the center of the flowers, and added a bit of sparkle with some Gold Stampin' Glitter.

Thanks for stopping by!

Much love,
