Christmas Card and Cracker Combo

Surprisingly, I'm actually getting into this whole black and gold combo for Christmas this year.  It's not a combo I would think of, when thinking of Christmas colors, but it's so elegant and pretty!   As this posts, I'm currently at a holiday party for my local Stampin' Up! group.  We are doing a small gift and card exchange, and this is the set I have made.

This is a 5 sided Christmas cracker.  The main compartment is 7" long, and approx 2" diameter.  I created this with my envelope punch board.  I have written a tutorial in the current edition of TTCRD magazine as to how to create a cracker like this (the tutorial is for a 6 sided cracker).

The card is a vellum windowed card.  This style of card would be great if you want to include a holiday photo, without making it the focus of the outer panel of the card.  The photo tucked inside, will "peek" through the vellum panel.
