Hush Little Baby

It was my birthday yesterday, and we've been having such LOVELY, GORGEOUS, spring weather (and, yes, I'm rubbing that in)!  My flowers are peeking up, and I'm anxiously waiting for the tree in the backyard to bloom.  Although, the annual birthday snowstorm has yet to arrive.  So, if you happen to see Idaho disappear in a blizzard on your weather map this weekend, you'll know why!

This week at Card Crafter's Circle our theme is:

BABIES!

And our sponsor is... Robyn's Fetish awarding our prize winner their choice of 5 images!

Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps And More is proud to sponsor this challenge.  Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps And More, a division of I Did It Creations, was created and is owned by Robyn Weinrib.    Robyn offers a wonderful variety of digital stamps and digital papers, designed to meet the needs of all digital paper crafting addicts for every occasion.

I chose to work with this adorable "Good Night Teddy" image.  I tried to keep the image "soft" and colored it with pencils only.  Then I had fun layering up the card.

I apologize for the poor lighting.  I was attempting a new setup for photos, and it didn't work out like I hoped.

Be sure to check out the wonderful inspiration from the rest of the team!

  3. Beautiful card. I am so liking that soft green and the hint of yellow. Just FAB, girl! Don't even think snow! I am so ready for spring to be here permanently. We already had shrubs and trees blooming when Mother Nature decided to drop another cold spell -- poor things look brown now, and the tornado that went through tore up our greenhouse, so I've had an even greater loss with my plants -- NO MORE cold!

Happy belated birthday to you. Hope the coming year will be filled with much joy and many blessings.
