Happy Number Eleven

My grandson's birthday is coming up.

And it's the BIG one.

At least, a big one if you're a Harry Potter fan like he is.  Yep.  The big #11.

And it's another of those cards that has to be just right....right down to the very inked up envelope.

Products Used:
Tiddly Inks "Wizard" digi stamp
Graphic 45 "An Eerie Tale" paper pack
Snowy Owl Silhouette Cut #16680

Too Cute to Spook

Well, moving from a Christmas card in my last post, to something a bit sooner - today I have a Halloween card to share with you!

My image is "Too Cute to Spook - Witchy Wryn" from Tiddly Inks.  She's been colored up with pencils.  I paired here with some adorable papers from Doodlebug Ghouls and Goodies and were edges with Black Soot DI.  The black doilies under my image were from Michael's.  The two ribbon flowers are some I picked up at work.

I went a little embossing crazy again.   I love peeking through the bins of dollar stamps and am amassing quite the collection.  On this card, my sentiment, and the crows in the cage border, were from Studio G stamps, while the potion seal and haunted house were both Craftsmart stamps.

The inside was done up with the same products to coordinate with the front.

Monstrous Smiles

Hello!  I've been fighting off some bug for a bit, and it seems to be winning, so I'm just going to drop this off here and go crawl back into bed with a cup of tea.

Digi stamp is "Monstrous Party" from Tiddly Inks.  (figuring out how to color monsters is a challenge too!)

The envelope I made to glue inside seals with a velcro dot.  Makes sending a gift card or a bit of something in the card seem a tad more secure.  The stickers - that spell out "open" - were some EK Success letters I've had for years and years.

Thinking of you "Fairy" Much

I've used "Wryn - Fairy Friends"  digistamp today.  I tried something different with the glitter....I was trying to make it look as though the glitter was "dripping" off of her wings.  It looks kind of cool in person, but doesn't seem to be translating as well to a photograph.
