Sprinkles & Ice Cream

I love creating a fun gift to give as a Thank You.  I had a friend who had done me a favor recently, and was looking for a fun gift to give her and her son as a thanks.  When I saw the Sweet Life stamp set, I found my answer.  Who wouldn't want an ice cream themed thank you?

A very SWEET thank you for a friend. Using the Fun Stampers Journey Mini Pillow Die and Sweet Life stamp set to create an ice cream themed gift.

I die cut the new Mini Pillow Die from vellum, and assembled it with White Liner and Glue Dots.  I filled the resulting box with candy sprinkles, and sealed it shut with glue dots (I did wind up adding a small piece of tape because the tiny sprinkles kept trying to escape).  On the back of the box, I added a small square of vellum, with two slits cut into it.  I fed the satin ribbon through the slits and then adhered that to the box.  I wrapped a bit of corrugated stock around the pillow box, and added a heat embossed sentiment. finally, I added a stamped and colored image with foam squares.  I used a very small amount of glue to adhere a few of the sprinkles to the ice cream image.

A very SWEET thank you for a friend. Using the Fun Stampers Journey Mini Pillow Die and Sweet Life stamp set to create an ice cream themed gift.

I tied the ribbon around an ice cream scoop. and took that and a container of vanilla ice cream to my friend as a thank you.
