Pinners Conference Recap (Photo Heavy)

We hit the road early last Thursday to head down to SLC.  We were pulling a U-haul trailer, so it was slow going - and let me tell you, there's not much to look at on that trek.  Luckily, I was riding with Becky Roberts, so I was able to visit with her the whole way down.

We finally made it to Utah, and went to the Expo Center.

A lot of the booths were still bare when we arrived, but by the time we finished setting up they had been set up as well.  The benefits of being pros at craft shows!

We'd measured out the booth size at one point, and knew it would be small once we got the furniture in, but seeing it in person really drove that home!

We made it work though, and dressed the booth with loads of fun sample cards and projects.

Once the conference opened on Thursday, we all showed up with our team t-shirts.

Our make and take table was pretty popular.  We estimated that we helped 1000 people make the cute Christmas tag shown below, and introduced them to Fun Stampers Journey products.

My absolute favorite part of the Pinners Conference, was showing people Sparkle Silk, as part of the Make and Take.  It's like Magic in a Bottle, and seeing their expressions when I demonstrated the sparkle splattering on the mat was so fun.

We had a few lighted items scattered throughout the booth as decoration.  Surprisingly, these lanterns that I picked up at Lowes a few years ago were VERY popular!  We could have sold hundreds had we had them!

Friday and Saturday passed in a blur, with so many great people to meet and talk with.  We did get a few minutes here and there to walk around and check out some of the other booths, but ours was still my favorite!

Saturday night, once the conference closed, we packed up the booth.  It was a long few days, and we made the trek home Sunday.

Pinners was a blast.  So glad that I went, and if you are new to the blog - after meeting me at Pinners - Welcome!  I hope you find some inspiration here.

Thanks for stopping by!

Much love,
