Iced Over

I was in the mood to color the other night.  Not for a particular reason, I just wanted to color.  So, I pulled out my file of printed stamps and chose this adorable "Fairy Sweet" from Saturated Canary.  I grabbed my water brush and Distress Markers and colored away.   Her dress was coated with my clear WoS pen, and her wings were coated with clear glitter glue and a bit of aqua closer to her shoulders.

She started to look a bit familiar, so I went with it.  I decided to put her on a card.   I used Authentique "Glistening" papers, with white pearl paper as mats.  I matted the stamp on a piece of cardstock that I punched with my "Snowbubbles" corner and border punch.  I also wrapped some Offray Lace, and some Celebrate It silver glitter ribbon around one of the papers.

I punched snowflakes from both the pearl paper I had used, and some clear vellum.  I also added a few metal snowflakes (there's some craaaaaaazy snow in her world, ok?)  A few of the snowflakes that were in the top layer got some cream pearls added to the center.  I also dotted some white Enamel Accents around my image to add to the cray-cray snow.

Inside I added a sheet of paper from the same line, and a few more punched snowflakes with some sequins from my stash in the center.
