Floatin' Away

For today's card, I used the adorable "Bear digi" from Sliekje Digi Stamps.  Mr. Bear is colored with alcohol markers, and the sky background was colored with pencils.  The heart shaped balloons were covered with Glossy Accents to give them a nice shine and some dimension.

The brads are Recollections ones that I've had forever (and I'm almost out - boo!) and the ribbon is Offray.
