I've had a perpetual birthday calender that I've used for years. However, when I originally made it, I made individual tags for each person. That worked great - for certain months. For other months when the birthdays piled up, one after the other, if I forgot to look ahead at tags it could become panic central around here.
It was time for a new, more-consolidated, calender.
I kept the designs quite simple, using bits and pieces from my stash on each tag. I used Prima tags, Gathered Twigs Distress Ink, and my label maker to mark the month on each tag. I was thinking about how easily these could be mass produced as gifts with the simple design,. I did not cover the backs of my tags, however, if I was giving them as a gift I would.
All I have left to do is add the names! If you would like to make your own perpetual calender, I'm providing you with the "dates" portion of the tags, here (may take a moment for download to begin). I trimmed just inside the lines for the size shown in the photos.
