Brewing up something

I really had wanted to make a card using my little cutie pie witch for Halloween this year!  So I colored her up and pulled out some papers from The Paper Studio to make up the card.  I used a Nestablilties die to cut the stamp out.

I quilled some black roses, and punched some leaves out with a Paper Studio punch.  The bling I added, came from a dollar store frame that I have cut apart.  The brads are Spare Parts by the Paper Studio.
If you like this sentiment, be sure to come back tomorrow!  ;-)
I had a sentiment I had intended to use, but when it came down to it - I didn't like it with this card.  So I made one.
