Play time

I was lucky enough to be the winner of the Frilly and Funkie kick off giveaway (a gift certificate to the shop).  I was really excited, especially since it was announced the day after my birthday - so it was an AWESOME late present!  I placed my order very quickly.  It was shipped out that day and arrived here two days later.  I was able to get several fun things, including a few things that had been on my wishlist, and have been chomping at the bit to play with them.

This spring-y tag was the first thing I made with *some* of my new playthings!

  1. I just love tags! You got a great result....this is very pretty.
Seem to vaguely remember you once sharing how you mixed your home-made mists, but can't find it...hint, hint ;P

    1. It's Metallic Acryllic paint and water...about a 1:4 ratio. FolkArt also makes a paint that's called "Extreme Glitter" which I use, but I have noticed that the glitter in that tends to clog up the sprayer heads...I usually stick the sprayer part in some clean water and rinse it after use to keep that from happening.
